KUWAITDEV
About KuwaitDev

We are not a typical dev shop

Most software companies start with the build. We start with the business problem: who your customer is, what they need to get done, and what that is worth to you. The website, store or app comes after that.

Who we are

The software brand of a Kuwait marketing company

KuwaitDev is the software brand of Mulanen for Advertising, Marketing & Software, a Kuwaiti company based in Kuwait City. We build websites, online stores, mobile apps, payment integrations, and WhatsApp and AI automation for business owners in Kuwait and the Gulf.

Belonging to a marketing company shapes how we judge our own work. A page is finished when it brings in the enquiry, the order or the booking it was built for, and when your team can run it without calling us for every small change.

How we think

Four roles on every project

Before anything is built, your project is looked at from four angles. On a small project one engineer may cover more than one of them, but none is skipped.

  1. 01 / 04

    Product engineer

Decides what to build and why. We ask who will use it, what they need to get done, and which features can wait for a second phase so you launch sooner and spend less.

  2. 02 / 04

    System architect

Plans the foundations: where the system is hosted, how it connects to your payment gateway, accounting software or delivery partner, and how it copes when orders grow. Weak foundations are the most expensive mistake in any project.

  3. 03 / 04

    Solution designer

Matches the problem to the smallest solution that solves it. Not every business needs an app. Sometimes a fast Arabic and English website with a WhatsApp button does the job, and we will tell you so.

  4. 04 / 04

    AI orchestrator

Puts AI where it does real work, such as answering customers on WhatsApp or taking bookings after hours, and keeps it away from decisions a person should make. We use AI tools in our own reviews and testing too, with an engineer responsible for what ships.

How a project runs

From the first message to launch, and after

The steps are the same for a single page and for a full platform. Only the number of hours changes.

  1. A free first hour

You talk to an engineer, not a salesperson, for one hour at no cost. You leave with a clearer idea of what to build, even if you never hire us.

  2. A written scope in hours

We list the work and estimate the hours for each part. Cost is hours multiplied by 10 KWD, so you can see what each feature costs and remove what you do not need.

  3. Design and build in two languages

Arabic and English are designed together from the first screen, with a true right-to-left layout. You see working versions along the way instead of one reveal at the end.

  4. Testing, then launch

We test on real phones, run trial payments when the project includes a payment gateway, and launch at a quiet hour for your business.

  5. Handover

The domain, hosting, store accounts and project files stay in your name. Your team gets a practical walkthrough of updating content and handling orders.

  6. Maintenance when you want it

After launch you can ask for changes and upkeep at the same hourly rate, and longer partnerships get a discount. No contract locks you in.

Where we come from

A marketing company that builds software

Our parent company's work is advertising and marketing. That is why we care about what happens after the visitor arrives: whether the page opens quickly on a phone, whether the offer is clear in Arabic, whether paying by KNET takes only a few steps.

So every project gets a simple marketing review before launch. Does each page have one job, and is the next step obvious to the customer?

Pricing

One published rate: 10 KWD per hour

We publish our price because guessing wastes your time. Every project costs its hours multiplied by 10 KWD. The smallest projects start around 200 KWD, and longer partnerships earn a discount of 15%, 30% or 50%, as set out on the pricing page.

  • 10 KWDper hour, for every kind of work
  • 1 hourfree first consultation with an engineer
  • 2 languagesArabic and English in every project

Arabic first

Why we start with Arabic

Most customers in Kuwait read and search in Arabic, then pay by KNET and ask their questions on WhatsApp. A site translated from English at the end of the project feels foreign to them.

What that means in practice

  • The Arabic version is designed first, with a true right-to-left layout rather than a mirrored English page
  • Arabic wording is written for Kuwaiti readers, using the phrases people search with here
  • KNET, MyFatoorah, Tap, Deema, Tabby and Taly are integrated with Arabic receipts
  • Prices are shown in KWD with three decimal places
  • WhatsApp is treated as a main customer service channel
  • Every project ships in Arabic and English

What we build
