AI work in Kuwait costs between 170 and 1,800 KWD for almost everything a normal business asks for. At 10 KWD per hour, adding AI to something you already have is 17 to 55 hours (170 to 550 KWD), a custom build such as document processing or product recommendations is 65 to 180 hours (650 to 1,800 KWD), and a full system with several agents working together and models tuned on your own data is 265 to 535 hours or more (2,650 to 5,350 KWD and up). The first two rows are line items inside a larger project, not projects on their own. The smallest standalone project we take is 20 hours, 200 KWD, because even a simple assistant needs your content collected, its answers checked by someone who knows your business, and a tested path to a human when it should stop guessing.
What Kuwait businesses actually ask for
Four things come up again and again, and none of them need a full system.
Answering the same questions all day. A clinic answers opening hours, insurance and doctor availability. A shop answers price, stock and delivery time. An AI chatbot on your site or connected to WhatsApp Business handles these in Arabic and English, hands over to a person when it should, and lets your staff answer the messages that need a human.
Reading paperwork. Invoices, delivery notes, contracts, CVs, insurance forms. Getting numbers out of documents and into your system is the least exciting and most profitable AI work we do. This is the middle band: 65 hours and up, because accuracy has to be measured against your real documents, not a demo.
Taking an action, rather than only talking. Booking the appointment, creating the order, updating the record. That is what AI agents do, and the cost is mostly in the connections to your existing systems rather than in the AI itself.
Removing repeated office work. Sorting enquiries, drafting replies, moving data between systems that were never meant to talk. That is the automation side, and it is usually the fastest to pay for itself because you can count the hours it replaces.

On top of that, Arabic and English together adds 15% in our calculator, and an urgent schedule adds 25%.
Three things push an AI project toward the top of its range. The first is connecting to systems that were not built to be connected, where an old accounting package can cost more hours than the AI work itself. The second is accuracy you can prove: if a wrong answer costs you money or trust, you need testing against real cases, and that is hours. The third is Arabic quality. Written Kuwaiti dialect, mixed Arabic and English in one sentence, and customer names and place names spelled six different ways all need work that an English-only build never sees.
A worked example
A pharmacy chain wants a WhatsApp assistant that answers product and branch questions in Arabic, checks stock against its Odoo system, and passes anything about prescriptions to a pharmacist.

That is roughly 740 KWD, inside the custom build band. Drop the Odoo connection and answer stock questions with a daily export instead and you save 19 hours, which is a sensible first version if you want to see real conversations before spending more.
What you keep paying after launch
Our hours end when the work ends. What continues is the AI provider’s bill, charged by usage, and it rises as your customers use the assistant more. Keep that account in your own company name so you can see the number yourself. Then add maintenance if you want it, from 3 hours a month (30 KWD) to 17 hours (170 KWD), which for AI work is less about fixing and more about reviewing what the assistant got wrong last month and correcting it.
What to ask before you sign
- How many hours, and at what rate? Ours is published on the pricing page.
- Whose account pays the AI provider? It should be yours.
- What happens when the AI does not know? There must be a tested handover to a person, with the conversation history attached.
- How will we know it is right? Ask how accuracy will be measured on your own documents or questions before launch.
- Can we see and correct what it answered? You need a screen showing real conversations, rather than a promise.
- Who owns the instructions and the data it was given? You should, and you should be able to take them elsewhere.
- What is the smallest version worth launching? A company that cannot answer this is selling you the biggest version.
